Supply and installation of IT equipment at CNCC headquarters
The National Shippers’ Council of Cameroon (CNCC) is launching an open tender for the supply, installation and commissioning of IT equipment for its headquarters in Bonanjo, Douala.
Purpose of the consultation
The assignment covers the acquisition of IT hardware, related cabling, on-site installation and user training. Bidders must propose a complete solution, including warranty and technical support.
Eligibility
- Be a duly registered company in good standing with tax and social obligations.
- Demonstrate similar experience over the last three (03) years.
- Submit a complete administrative file in accordance with the tender rules.
Submission of bids
Bids must be submitted to the secretariat of CNCC Headquarters, Maritime Affairs Centre, Bonanjo, P.O. Box 1588 Douala, no later than the deadline stated in the tender dossier.
Bids will be opened in a public session. CNCC reserves the right not to proceed with this consultation.
