The General Manger of the Port Authority of Douala hereby announces that any shipper wishing to get a discount on their PAD parking ticket fines should submit an application file comprising:
- A written application bearing a 1000 FCFA fiscal stamp;
- Shipper’s (person applying for exoneration) active telephone number;
- Stevedore’s proforma invoice;
- Bill of lading concerning the shipment in question;
- PAD invoice and receipt;
- Customs declaration (for goods in transit to CAR and Chad).
This release should be given the widest publicity.
